Festival date 2022 Loading …

We already had big problems last year finding a festival date in 2021 because of Covid-19, but were able to make it in the end.

Although you might think that the situation is easing due to the opening steps in Austria, planned film releases in Austrian cinemas for October are still on hold. In any case, we are in good spirits that we will be able to announce the 2022 festival date to you before the end of March. We will let you know immediately and ask you for a little patience.

In the meantime, you can check out the 2022 Call for Entries, which will be open from April 1 to June 30 for your horror films from any genre. We may also reveal that the 2022 jury is already complete and will be presented to you shortly.
