Director Statement

When their Halloween plans fell through at the last minute last year, they decided to do what any person of sound mind would naturally do: improvise a slasher home movie.
Shot in a single night and edited in another, Girls’ Night is a playful love letter to the genre and a tribute to the early home movies that form the foundation of so many filmmakers’ careers – fueled by creativity, a little madness, and a lot of enthusiasm.
