In der Mitte von Nirgendwo in Wyoming betreibt der verbitterte Okkultist Mr. Petrulo ein New-York-Style-Deli mit seinem exzentrischen Team aus ungewöhnlichen Delikatessen-Kriegern, Horace, Sandra und Lily sowie dem hilflosen Manchild Ralphie. In der Pilotfolge fällt Ralphie versehentlich in eine Taschen-Dimension im Müllcontainer des Deli und wird von einer im Müll haustenden Succubus verführt, die es auf „weiße männliche Retter“ abgesehen hat und deren Seelen stiehlt. Horace muss Ralphie retten, hat jedoch seine eigene, problematische Vergangenheit mit der Succubus. Als Sandra herausfindet, dass Horace in den Müllcontainer gegangen ist, verbündet sie sich mit Lily, um ihre gerechte Rache auszuüben.

Beef Creek is a project many years in the making, originally conceived in 2015. After several script revisions and pitch meetings that went nowhere in particular, we decided in 2023 to raise some funds and get to work making the pilot ourselves. This episode, a satirical glance at white-male-saviorism and questionable representation of so-called „exotic“ cultures in media, was made over the course of 12 months by ourselves and our newly assembled team of animators, musicians and voice actors. It is our most ambitious project to date and we’re excited to unleash it unto the world.
