Ivan Vescovo

Ivan was born in 1988, in Buenos Aires, Argentina and now Is based in Spain. He studied
filmmaking at the Universidad del Cine (FUC). Director, Screenwriter and Producer of several short
films awarded in different festivals. In 2014 he directed his first feature film, ERRATA released at
the Mar del Plata Film Festival. Received FIPRESCI recognition for Best Film and Best Debut Film
at the IFFK Kerala Film Festival, INDIA.
A lover of film and genre cinema, he is currently developing his second feature film, this time
within the pure SCI-FI genre entitled BIKERS NIGHT, along with several series projects, including
CRYPTO$, which presents a dystopian near future totally governed by cryptocurrencies.
At the beginning of 2022 he was one of the directors of the series GLOBAL THEFT filmed in
Argentina, with a release date in November of this year by STARPLUS, produced by the
production company PAMPA FILMS.
BLOODY HANGOVER is his latest short film, a story of vampires in Madrid and an exercise on the
genre itself, which seeks to be the kick-off for a feature film where the story of the protagonist
can be developed in depth.
