Director Statement
3:03 AM was born from a period of prolonged insomnia.
Following a profound personal rupture, sleep became elusive. For nearly three years, rest arrived only in fragments – if at all.
In its absence, the ordinary became unbearable. Sounds sharpened and amplified. The body became a place I could no longer rest inside.
3:03 AM is a film about what lives in that space – when the mind, deprived of sleep, begins to turn against itself.
What haunts us often wears a familiar face. Just not in the right order.
